Easy Coffee Dessert Sauce

Ingredients:


2 cups vanilla pudding -- prepared according to package directions

2 tablespoons hot water

1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee

1/3 cup coconut rum liqueur
 

Preparation / Directions:


Makes 2 1/2 cups 1. Spoon prepared pudding into serving bowl. 2. Mix together hot water and instant coffee; blend into pudding. 3. Add liqueur and mix well. 4. Cover and refrigerate. 5. Use as a topping for ice cream, pound cake, fresh fruit, crepes or puddings.
