Preparation / Directions:Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add flour to water in a jar and shake till
blended. Add to butter along with the chili powder and whisk until thickened
and smooth. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, then pour over your favorite enchiladas
and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes
