Fish Fillets In Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:


1 pound white fish fillets -- (1 to 1 1/2)

4 tablespoons margarine

2 tablespoons chopped onion

1 can tomato sauce -- (8 oz.)

1/4 cup water

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 piece bay leaf

1 dash sage
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place fish in a greased baking pan. Mix margarine, onion, salt, bay leaf, sage, tomato sauce and water. Pour over fish. Bake, basting occasionally in 350 degrees oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until fish is tender.
