Preparation / Directions:Melt butter, stir in flour and cook until flour is brown. Stir in stock; when thickened add mushrooms and cook until they are hot. do not overcook the mushrooms or they will become tough. cook canned mushrooms 3 or 4 minutes and fresh ones 5 or 6 minutes. Serve this sauce with roasted or boiled beef.
