Ingredients:


1 tablespoon riverview butter

1 tablespoon chopped raw ham

1 tablespoon chopped carrots

1 tablespoon chopped celery

1 tablespoon chopped onion

2 tablespoons fishers blend flour

1/2 cup stock

1/2 cup tomato juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt butter, add ham and vegetables and brown. Stir stock into flour gradually and add with tomato juice and seasonings to ham and vegetables. Cook until thickened stirring constantly. Serve with steamed rice or macaroni.
