Gwen's Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients:


8 cups sliced rhubarb -- fresh or frozen

1 small diet strawberry gelatin -- makes 2-cups

1 can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice -- (8-oz)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Simmer rhubarb in 1/2 to 1 cup water until rhubarb is soft. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin and pineapple with juice. Refrigerate. 32 servings/Serving size: 1/4 cup
