Preparation / Directions:Place vinegar, salt, pepper, dry mustard, tarragon, basil, and chervil in bowl. Attach bowl and wire whip. Turn to speed 6 and whip for 2 minutes.
Increase to speed 8 and slowly add oil in a thin, steady stream until absorbed. Chill thoroughly.
Note: Dressing may separate. Shake well before serving.
