Herb Dressing

Ingredients:


2/3 Cup Cider Vinegar

1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard

1/4 Teaspoon Tarragon

1/4 Teaspoon Basil

1/4 Teaspoon Chervil

1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil Or Olive Oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place vinegar, salt, pepper, dry mustard, tarragon, basil, and chervil in bowl. Attach bowl and wire whip. Turn to speed 6 and whip for 2 minutes. Increase to speed 8 and slowly add oil in a thin, steady stream until absorbed. Chill thoroughly. Note: Dressing may separate. Shake well before serving.
