Preparation / Directions:separate eggs. melt butter to simmering. whip egg yolks in food processor, and while butter is hot, slowly add to eggs the butter, lemon juice and remaining ingredients. blend until thick. to keep sauce from separating, make sure butter is very hot. to keep sauce hot, pour into a preheated wide-neck thermos.
