Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce

Ingredients:


4 ounces shallot

8 ounces dry white wine

3 ounces fresh lemon juice

3 ounces cider vinegar

1 pint heavy cream

1 pound unsalted butter

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine the shallots, wine, lemon juice, and vinegar in a saucpan, over a medium flame heat to reduce until sec add the heavy cream, heat and stir until reduced slightly gradually whisk in the butter season to taste with salt and white pepper keep warm serve warm
