1 pound mango

2 teaspoons fresh orange juice

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a food processor process to a very smooth puree force through a fine strainer or chinois cover and chill serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
