Melon In Mint Sauce

Ingredients:


2/3 Cup sour cream

1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon mint -- minced

1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sugar

1/8 Teaspoon cardamom

2/3 Cup cantaloupe -- cubed

2/3 Cup honeydew melon -- cubed

2/3 Cup watermelon -- cubed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add to the melon, toss lightly, and chill for several hours before serving.
