Preparation / Directions:In heavy bottomed saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, and cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes, or until thickened and peaches are tender. Cool and serve over cakes or ice cream. Wonderful over gingerbread.
