Ingredients:


1 cup dry roasted peanuts

1 cup chicken stock

3 teaspoons brown sugar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons crushed red chiles

2 teaspoons garlic
 

Preparation / Directions:


finely grind peanuts, set aside heat stock to a boil in a saucepan, over a moderate flame add sugar and stir, until dissolved add remaining ingredients bring to a boil, remove from heat serve hot or warm
