Peppermint Sauce For Ice Cream

Ingredients:


1/3 cup light corn syrup

3 tablespoons crushed peppermint candy

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup marshmallow creme

1/4 cup evaporated milk

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
 

Preparation / Directions:


Makes about 1 cup 1. Combine corn syrup, candy and butter in a small saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally; boil 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat; blend in marshmallow creme, evaporated milk and vanilla. Serve over ice cream.
