3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
3 tablespoons bourbon |
8 ounces pineapple crushed. |
1 tablespoon fresh mint minced |
1 package vanilla ice cream |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine cornstarch, pineapple juice, and bourbon. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add pineapple and mint.
Serving Ideas: Over Vanilla Ice Cream.
