Ingredients:


1 cup dry sherry

1/4 cup olive oil

3/4 cup spanish onion

1 teaspoon garlic

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon tarragon
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a moderate flame heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes remove from heat use as a basting sauce
