Ingredients:


4 ounces onion

1 ounce olive oil

1 pound tomato concasse

1 teaspoon garlic

4 cups tomato sauce

2 teaspoons flat-leaf parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


saute onions in olive oil to soften add tomato concasse and garlic simmer to reduce by one-third add tomato sauce adjust seasonings to taste garnish with minced parsley keep warm serve warm
