Preparation / Directions:Heat large frying pan to high, then add garlic, onion, tomatillos (if
fresh),
and guajillos. Turn often till charred on all sides (10 minutes). Remove and
let cool. Break guajillos into blender and whirl on high until pulverized.
Add
remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
