Sweet and Hot Chili Sauce

Ingredients:


2 small Fresh Chilies, seeded and finely sliced

3 tablespoon Soy Sauce

2 tablespoons Lime Juice

2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

4 tablespoon Sugar

3 tablespoon Nam Pla (Fish Sauce)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put all ingredients into a saucepan. Mix well, then bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until mixture is reduced by half. Remove from heat. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
