Ingredients:


1 medium lemon

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup sugar

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


squeeze juice from lemons and reserve shells dissolve cornstarch in cold water, set aside combine lemon juice, reserved shells, warm water, and sugar in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat to a boil stir in cornstarch mixture and vanilla heat and stir for 1 minute remove from heat and strain well, squeezing sauce from lemon shells serve warm
