Preparation / Directions:grind toasted sesame seeds in a mortar and pestle or in blender to a very fine powder. blend sesame powder and vegetable broth over medium heat till smooth. add lime juice and honey; blend well. thicken sauce with additional sesame powder. serve over raw or steamed vegetables with rice. can be served hot or cold.
