Tanya's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:


1 medium Onion -- sliced or diced

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound mushrooms -- chopped

56 ounces tomato sauce

28 ounces tomatoes whole

1 can crushed pineapple

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon oregano
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil. Add tomato sauce, whole tomatoes and pineapple. Add spices. Rosemary is strong spice so start with a small amount. Season to taste. Cook over medium heat.
