Preparation / Directions:This makes enough for Sean and I for two dinners (freeze half).
In a pan, combine soy sauce, water/cornstarch mixture, sugar, wine, ginger and garlic. Heat on medium high stirring frequently, until sauce thickens.
Grill chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Serve chicken with sauce over a bowl of Japanese Sticky Rice (see recipe)
