Ingredients:


3 medium thai chile

1 teaspoon garlic

1/2 medium papaya

4 medium dried shrimp

3 teaspoons fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon nam pla

2 teaspoons tamarind juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a blender or food processor process to a fine smooth puree cover and chill until needed
