Sweet and Spicy Rub

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 tablespoons sugar (substitute by sweetener)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in all ingredients EXCEPT sugar. Remove from heat and then add sugar. Cool and rub onto meat.
