Ingredients:
1 cup Ketchup German Lowcarb |
1/2 cup brown sugar (substitute by brown sugar twin) |
1/4 cup lime juice |
2 tablespoons ground red chiles |
1 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 cups onion chopped |
2 medium jalapenos finely chopped |
2 cloves garlic finely chopped |
6 ounces tomato paste |
12 ounces beer |

Preparation / Directions:
* Jalapeno chiles should be seeded and finely chopped.
Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart saucepan; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour; stirring occasionally.
