Spicy Texas Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients:


1 cup Ketchup German Lowcarb

1/2 cup brown sugar (substitute by brown sugar twin)

1/4 cup lime juice

2 tablespoons ground red chiles

1 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 cups onion chopped

2 medium jalapenos finely chopped

2 cloves garlic finely chopped

6 ounces tomato paste

12 ounces beer
 

Preparation / Directions:


* Jalapeno chiles should be seeded and finely chopped. Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart saucepan; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour; stirring occasionally.
