Ingredients:


2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise

1 tablespoon plain nonfat yogurt

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

1 tablespoon peeled finely chopped cucumber

1 teaspoon dried whole dillweed

1 teaspoon lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and stir well. Yield: 1/4 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
