Preparation / Directions:TO PREPARE DILL SAUCE: Add clarified butter to a medium saucepan.
Over medium heat, add shallots and sauté.
Quickly add chicken stock, white wine, and heavy cream.
Reduce by half and add chopped fresh dill.
