Ingredients:


3/4 cup oriental plum sauce

2 tablespoons tamari -- or reduced-sodium soy sauce (2 to 3)

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar -- or cider vinegar

1 tablespoons grated gingerroot

1 teaspoon brown sugar -- (1 to 2)

1 medium green onion and top -- thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Mix all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to serve. 8 servings (about 2 tablespoons each) A fragrant and flavorful sauce to serve with oriental appetizers, or with kabobs of baked or broiled cubed tofu.
