This sauce can be used on your meat of choice. But we like it best on boneless chicken breast or boneless pork ribs. | |||||

Preparation / Directions:Mix all ingredents in a bowl pour over ( about 6 chicken breast or about 3lbs of pork ribs). cover with foil and Bake 350* for about 2 hours.
for more tender meat, cooking on a lower heat and cooking it most of the day will make it more tender. We like to eat it with mashed potatoes and use the sauce as the gravy! yummy! This recipe can be doubled, tripled or what ever suits your family!
