Hot Dogs Marinated and Grilled |

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup minced onions |
3 teaspoons firmly packed brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
7 tablespoons water |
8 links frankfurters |
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce |

Preparation / Directions:
In a skillet melt the butter and saute the onions. Add the remaining ingredients except the frankfurters and simmer for 15 minutes. Prick the franks with a fork and arrange them in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the franks and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill over hot coals until lightly singed on all sides. Serve with buns. Makes 8 servings.
