Italian Sausage Soup - Crockpot |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds sweet italian link sausage -- cut 1 inch thick |
2 cloves garlic |
2 medium onions -- chopped |
28 ounces whole tomatoes -- mashed |
28 ounces beef broth |
1 teaspoon leaf basil |
1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
1 medium green bell pepper -- seeded and chopped |
2 medium Zucchini thinly sliced |
2 cups water |
1 Cup grated parmesan cheese |

Preparation / Directions:
In skillet, brown sausage; drain well. Add all ingredients except Parmesan cheese to crock pot; stir well. Cover and cook on low setting for 12 to 14 hours. Taste for seasoning; serve sprinkled with cheese.
