Sausage-Pasta Supper

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons oil

1/2 pound fresh mushrooms -- sliced

1 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 pound sausage -- cut into bite size pieces

1/4 Cup chopped onion -- green onion will do too

2 Cup fresh vegetables

1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Stir-fry in oil, all ingredients. Stir in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Serve over buttered pasta with additional sheese, if desired.
