Preparation / Directions:This ain't barbeque but DANG it was good!
Fresh brats boiled in beer for 20 minutes and then browned on the grill. Topped with a dark, sweet kraut made as follows;
1 quart sauerkraut
1 cup brown sugar
1 bottle dark beer
Boil until all liquid is gone
