Preparation / Directions:Mix all the ingredients together in a glass or ceramic bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Mix once a day for the next three days. On the fourth day, shape mixture into five 6 inch long rolls.
Put rolls on a broiler pan and bake at 150F for 10 hours, turning once after 5 hours. The logs will look red when done. Extra...... you can add a little red pepper to bump it up a little
