Yogurt-Dill Topped Fish Fillets

Ingredients:


4 fillets white fish fillets skinned and cut 3/4-inch thick (5 to 6 ounces each), such as mahi mahi, halibut, red snapper or, grouper

1/2 medium lemon

1 cup regular -- low or nonfat plain yogurt

4 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons dried bread crumbs -- divided

3/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese -- divided

1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bake chilled fish for 12 to 16 minutes or until opaque when cut into. Turn on broiler and broil until tops are golden brown. Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 12 to 16 minutes
