Kroger's Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:


1 package Louisiana kemp crab -- lobster OR r scallop delights

1 medium onion -- chopped

1 small bell pepper -- chopped

10 milliliters garlic -- minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 tablespoons olive oil

32 ounces diced tomatoes

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

1 pound pasta -- any variety
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a skillet combine the oil, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender. Add the tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper; bring to a boil for 1 minute, then reduce the heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, add the Louis Kemp Delights and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve the sauce warm over pasta. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
