Papaya Mango Sherbet

Ingredients:


2 cups mango pulp

2 cups papaya pulp

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup whipping cream

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 cup vanilla yogurt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine mango and papaya with sugar and lemon juice in bowl and mix together well. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in fruit mixture. Fold in yogurt. Pour mixture into a shallow glass bowl or pan. Freeze until the consistency of sherbet. Approximately 5-10 minutes.
