Spicy Bbq Shrimp

Ingredients:


4 pounds tiger prawn

1 cup unsalted butter

1 cup olive oil

1 cup chili sauce

3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

2 medium lemon

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup garlic

1 tablespoon parsley

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons oregano

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon tabasco sauce

3 tablespoons liquid smoke
 

Preparation / Directions:


Arrange shrimp in a single layer, in a shallow baking pan combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan, over a moderate flame bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes remove from heat and pour over shrimp cover and chill for 4-96 hours, stirring often bake @ 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes, stirring often serve hot
