Spicy Shrimp Grill

Ingredients:


1/4 cup peanut oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon garlic

1/3 cup vinegar

1/3 cup chili sauce

2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce

1/2 cup parsley

2 pounds tiger prawn

80 skewers bamboo skewer
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients-toss to mix well cover and chill for 2-4 hours thread shrimp onto skewers grill for 4 minutes per side, basting often with marinade serve hot
