Ingredients:


6 Jumbo Shrimp

2 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour for sauteing Shrimp

1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

1/4 Cup White Wine (Pinot Grigio)

1/2 Cup peeled and seeded Fresh Tomatoes

1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper to taste

1 teaspoon salt and Pepper to taste

2 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour for sauteing Shrimp

1 package Pasta of your choice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Begin by lightly coating shrimp in flour. Add extra virgin olive oil to a hot saute pan. Once the oil is hot, add shrimp and toss rapidly. Once the shrimp have taken on a pink color, add your garlic and toss rapidly for 30 seconds. Now you may add your white wine. Cook until the white wine has reduced by 1/4. Now add tomatoes and crushed red pepper to taste (the more you add the more diavlo it will be!). To finish, season with salt and pepper and pour over paste of your choice. Here at Andiamo! we prefer angel hair.
