Asian Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:


1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup sesame oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon ginger

1/4 cup scallions

1 pound jumbo tiger prawns

8 skewers bamboo skewer
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine soy, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, and scallions-mix well add shrimp and toss to mix well cover and chill for 4-6 hours thread shrimp onto skewers grill for 4 minutes on each side, basting often serve hot, accompanied by rice
