Preparation / Directions:Shell the uncooked shrimp but don't remove the tails.
Split them down the back and remove the intestinal veins.
Wash under cold water and dry. Preheat broiler to the
highest temperature. In a pan melt the butter, then add
the oil, lemon juice, scallions, garlic and papper. Add
shrimp and broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
Then turn, broil 5 minutes on the other side.
