Cajun Shrimp Boil

Ingredients:


4 piece bay leaf

20 piece peppercorns

1 teaspoon mustard seed

1/2 teaspoon basil

12 whole clove

1/8 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/8 teaspoon celery seed

1/8 teaspoon fennel seed

1/8 teaspoon caraway seeds

1/4 teaspoon marjoram

1/4 teaspoon thyme
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients, tie in a cheesecloth sachet place into 4-8 quarts boiling water and simmer for 30 minutes add seafood and simmer just until cooked, drain serve hot or at room temperature
