Preparation / Directions:1. Thaw pancake batter according to package directions.
2. Combine batter and beer; dip shrimp and vegetables in batter.
3. Fry in deep fat, heated to 375 F., until shrimp and vegetables are golden brown.
4. Drain on paper towels; serve at once with soy sauce, if desired.
