Garlic Shrimp With Sauteed Red Peppers | |||||||||

Preparation / Directions:Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until tender but not brown, about 4 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer to paper towels. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Add to skillet and stir until almost cooked through, about 3 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer to paper towels and drain. Add chili powder to skillet and stir 1 minute. Add bell peppers and clam juice to skillet. Boil 5 minutes. Return garlic and shrimp to skillet and stir until heated through, about 2 minutes. Stir in lime juice and parsley.
