Ingredients:


2 quarts water

1/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

5 pieces peppercorns

1 medium lemon

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 clove garlic

2 piece bay leaf

1 medium Onion

1 medium celery heart
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a saucepot, over a moderate flame boil for 30 minutes before adding shrimp
