Marinated Shrimp Satay

Ingredients:


1/2 teaspoon cumin seed

2 teaspoons coriander seeds

1 teaspoon galangal

1 teaspoon lemon grass

1 teaspoon turmeric

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 pounds tiger prawn
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients (except prawns) in a food processor process to a smooth puree strain through a chinois combine shrimp and marinade cover and chill for 1-2 hours remove from marinade thread onto bamboo skewers grill over hot coals for 1-2 minutes per side serve hot, with assorted dipping sauces
