Ingredients:


1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup white wine

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 teaspoons parsley

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 pound jumbo shrimp

12 medium scallions
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-toss to mix well cover and marinate for 30-60 minutes broil or grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, basting often serve hot
