Preparation / Directions:Triple the amount of herbs if using fresh herbs.
Melt butter and oil. Add spices and shrimp. Let stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Saute or cook in 350-degree oven, just until shrimp turn pink.
Serve over rice, with about an eighth of the marinade per serving.
